With Selhurst railway station offering frequent trains to central London Victoria and London Bridge, making it perfect for both city adventurers and commuters. Football fans will love the iconic resident, Crystal Palace FC, playing at Selhurst Park stadium, with Merky FC, football & community centre. The nearby Grangewood Park, with its woodland, playground, bowling green, courts and children's areas, is ideal for families and outdoor strolls. While Heavers Meadow provides a peaceful footpath for cyclists or walkers commuting past the station.

1. This is a NO SMOKING house.


2. Guests have access to the entire house and garden but not the shed and garage space.


3. Keys can be found in the lock box A, on the right hand side of the front door, combination will be sent the morning of guest arrival along with the Wifi access.


4. A cot and high chair are available upon request.


5. Extra housekeeping is available, 1 day a week for an additional cost.


6. An airing rack is available upon request.


7. This property is monitored by a Minut noise device and a Ring doorbell for the safety and security of all guests.
